Clear aligners
Straighter teeth with a series of clear, removable aligners, planned from a 3D scan.

Is it right for me?
- Aligners suit many adults and teenagers with crowded, gappy or slightly crooked teeth.
- Some bite problems need fixed braces or a specialist orthodontist. We will tell you honestly at your consultation.
- Your teeth and gums need to be healthy before you start.

Wear your aligners
Wear each set for around 22 hours a day, changing to the next set as planned, with short check-ins.

Common questions
How long does treatment take?
Usually between 6 and 18 months, depending on how far your teeth need to move. Your plan shows the expected time.
Can people see the aligners?
They are clear and hard to notice in everyday conversation, though some people have small tooth-coloured attachments to help teeth move.
Do I need retainers afterwards?
Yes. Teeth naturally drift, so retainers are needed for as long as you want to keep the result.
