Looking after your teeth between visits.
Twice a day, two minutes
Brush last thing at night and one other time, with toothpaste containing at least 1,350ppm fluoride.
Spit, don't rinse
Rinsing straight after brushing washes away the fluoride that protects your teeth.
Clean between teeth
Floss or interdental brushes reach plaque along the gum line that a brush misses.
New brush every 3 months
Or sooner if the bristles splay, which can be a sign of brushing too hard.

Yes. Book online or call 020 7946 0321, and we will email your forms before your first visit.
Do you offer NHS treatment?
Yes, for children and young people. NHS treatment is free if you are under 18, or under 19 and in full-time education. Adults are seen privately.
How much is a check-up?
A routine check-up is £48 and a new patient consultation is £65. Every price is on our fees page.
How often should I have a check-up?
It depends on your oral health. NICE guidance sets intervals from 3 months up to 2 years for adults, and up to 1 year for under-18s.

Yes. Tell us when you book, and we will allow extra time, explain each step first and agree a signal to stop at any point.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
Call us on 020 7946 0321, as we keep same-day emergency appointments. Out of hours, call NHS 111. Call 999 if you find it hard to breathe, speak or swallow.
Can I spread the cost of treatment?
Yes. Interest-free finance is available on treatment over £1,000, subject to status, and our Care Plan spreads routine care into a monthly payment.

We welcome patients from North London and South Hertfordshire, including Barnet, Whetstone, Potters Bar and Radlett.
