What we collect
When you use our booking form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), the reason for your appointment and your preferred time. When you become a patient, we also keep dental and medical records needed to treat you safely.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to arrange appointments. Dental and medical records are used to provide your care, which is a legal and professional requirement for dentists. Health information is special category data, and we handle it only for providing healthcare.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within 12 months. Dental records are kept for as long as professional guidance requires, which for children is at least until they turn 25.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
